first round of optimization for synthesis scaleup of our lead analgesic, Sea4Pain, to a three-step reaction process compatible with GLP and GMP production.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>GLP-enabled synthesis of our API was established with adequate purity and solid-state properties, no loss of efficacy and low erosion, excellent conversion and enantiomeric purity.<\/p>\n<p>The produced API will enable the execution of our more advanced GLP preclinical tests.<br \/>Sea4Us is now taking forward the CMC work for GMP scaleup, followed by production of lots for the start of clinical trials in Q3
